I think I'm glad I read this before I spent ISK today on the advanced learning skills for an alt.

The tables... have been balanced.

Now I got to think where I'm distributing this 2m SP in Learning skills. Also, what is going to be the gift for Christmas when we're getting this on the 14th? This is already a wish for many people to come true. :D
