The Federation seems to hold the strongest interest in wormhole tech, at the very least from the Gallente doomsday being reverse engineered Sleeper tech. FOR SCIENCE!

Though how much theyll ground it in past chronicles is anyone's guess.

All the DDs are reverse engineered sleeper tech Seri. And actually, its the amarr that breaks the mold. They're the exception to the rule, and therefore, have the most vested interest.

The DUST 514 novel, Templar One is out soon, and it is "backed by cross promotion".

Therefore, these "event actors" are probably part of a promotional scheme for the Templar One book, and for DUST 514 itself.

The characters may make an appearance in the book.

The book probably details how the Amarr become the first to deploy the DUST technology, and the source of it (wormhole-doodadery).

Not optimistic of there being much to interact with, regarding these actors. The book is already written, as it releases within 6 months or so.
