Very interesting from both an IC and OoC standpoint.

Miz is currently out of the loop when it comes to these events so she can't provide an IC response but once she finds out she'll be warming up the autocannons in case Imperial forces are given access to Matari space. That would be... well... unfortunate for the invading parties.

From an OoC standpoint it's also interesting due to two particular reasons:

* Was this quite simply an actor failure or was it intended? If unintended, no biggie. Fun RP anyway. Intended? Well then that just opens up a whole can of worms, doesn't it? Eve's not all too big on peace, love and fluffy bunnies. Military forces crossing borders like that can and should have fairly dire consequences.

* We just might be seeing some very interesting movements of military forces across borders and the question then becomes... what will the capsuleer reactions be? How will hostility against Empire/State forces in Republic/Federation space be perceived by the actors? Will Matari pilots become outlaws like 'keshy and that bunch, even temporarily, or will that be considered a righteous attack on an enemy force even if they're there for the Sansha?

Personally I'm hoping for the factions taking advantage of this Sansha thing in order to start full blown offensives against their enemies under cover of Incursion hunting. That would finally give those of us who's just not interested in Kuvakei a reason to get involved.

Basically seems that the Federation and Imperial navies agreed on cooperation, than the Amarrians figured "Right, time to go now, kthxbai"

Interesting implications though...Fed/Amarr cooperation.

WTB, more Amarrians who when told by an Imperial navy admiral to shoot the Gallente Nyx, they shoot the damn Nyx. No more politically correct, NRDS, diet coke slavers. The Amarrian admiral NPC was on a rampage, kill all the heathen Godless non-Amarrians. Was awesome. I wish you Amarr RPers were all like that.

Also, does anyone have the NPC logs from SynePublic from this incident?

But yeah, I reallllly like the whole Amarrian extremist thing. Well, it's not even extreme by Amarr standards, it just makes sense.

It was awesome, you ultra conservative Amarr RPers woulda loved it. Gallente npc Nyx pilot is all like, "I'm here to help" Amarr npc Admiral is all like "We don't want 'your' help, die heathen!" Oh, and there were Blood Raiders too, and a witch evidently. Pretty much the coolest stuff I've seen in EVE in a while.
