It was awesome, you ultra conservative Amarr RPers woulda loved it. Gallente npc Nyx pilot is all like, "I'm here to help" Amarr npc Admiral is all like "We don't want 'your' help, die heathen!" Oh, and there were Blood Raiders too, and a witch evidently. Pretty much the coolest stuff I've seen in EVE in a while.

Has there been any concequences from the Nyx pilot ?
I mean to command one you must be pretty high up and thus able to set all that fired on the ship KOS in Federal space, perhaps even to their allies the Minmatar.
Might be a bit much for a CONCORD outlawing but we've seen the precedence only a few days ago.

Worth noting that at one of the very first incursions - I think it was like the 3rd day or so - there was an incursion on the Amamake - Rens pipe that an Amarrian Navy guy showed up to and pulled some shenanigans with hacking the Sansha or something... in short, it's not the first time elements of a factional navy have appeared in hostile space to do something about an incursion.

I like the implications of Gallentians being punched in the face by walking up to a Minmatar as they so freely use another person's culture as a fad.

Guys if you want to read up about it it's all on the IGS.

Faction NPCs (Especially Omune Balenne of FedNav) are posting like there's no tomorrow.

WTB, more Amarrians who when told by an Imperial navy admiral to shoot the Gallente Nyx, they shoot the damn Nyx. No more politically correct, NRDS, diet coke slavers. The Amarrian admiral NPC was on a rampage, kill all the heathen Godless non-Amarrians. Was awesome. I wish you Amarr RPers were all like that.

Hey, when I started out, all of them WERE, and I was the oddity.

I can't go and change things now.

Omune Balenne was acting on CONCORD orders again, most likely. He's been the closest compatriot of Haeldone Dorgiers during the events, and pursued the Sansha into Amarr space the previous day, leading to the Keseya incident.

The Saidusairos incident is just a repeat, with this time the Amarrians able to do what they wanted to do last time.

It's the Bad Guys Problem

Like, the PF is full of things like illegal slavers, which take slaves from worlds outside the Empire (which the Emperor prohibited). And the Holders that knowingly purchase those illegal slaves (falsifying paperwork, which is also an Imperial Crime). And many other such things.

But no-one wants to play the Bad Guy roles, and possibly more importantly there's no isk to be made doing them. Unlike being a Bad Pirate Dude where you can shoot/ransom people for money. How do you make isk being a Bad Amarrian Slaver Dude?

So no-one does them. Which leaves other players in a bit of an awkward situation. Like... being anti-Blood Raider, when there's no active Blood Raider players.

DIA is pretty much like that. Just FYI. We use NRDS in controlled situations out of respect, either via allies or Amarr Empire based friendships i.e. We won't go butchering anything in caldari space(unless provoked or with just cause).

Use a program to remote access your home computer from work. I think there's a good one called 'Log Me In'. That's what my corpmates with jobs do.

We are doing our very best to inject some of the old-time heathen-hating evilness back into Amarrian RP, soon(tm) as we take some sov the lamentations of the subjugated godless civilians will be heard far and wide  :bear:

Was absolutely thrilled to hear about this Admiral acting like a real Imperial officer and not putting up with any scheming gallente cooperation ;)

If these damn incursions weren't 30 jumps away from me every time I'd have a fleet there asap....

I, for one, welcome our heathen-hating Amarrian overlords.

With autocannons and jammers, but anyway. Love you guys.

PIE's always been good at that stuff, too.

Well, if you want to know a trade secret.... Slaves are a LOT cheaper in nulsec than highsec NPC buy orders. So yes, there is a way to make money being the Bad Slaver Dude that brings slaves in from "shady sources".

I am slowly coming around to the HardArse point of Amarrian view, its slowly emerging from the BitterVet syndrome Math is experiencing when dealing with many of the newer pilots (and older ones, but depends on who they are, and how much fun they are to rile up)

Oh, and Silas is a great teacher >_>
