I came back. Is this a bad decision?

So, I renewed my account today, just for a month to start.
Thought I'd come back to a place that I remember the foundation of.
Overwhelmed by the 30 something systems that I appear to have random assets in.
Who wants to give me lucrative RP/financial opportunities?

The faction contacts seem to have had the effect of halting people's attempts to develop things on their own, possibly though fear of being contradicted.

People seem to be so keen to RP with anyone, that they will RP with anyone.

So, in my opinion, it may not be the greatest age that EVE rp has ever seen right now.

Times change, we'll see what DUST brings and all that. vOv

Well, Jianni was one of the very few Jin-Mei nationalist kind of characters that I've ever seen around. She worked with Seriphyn in the Eleutherian Guard as his XO for awhile before I moved her back to doing her own thing shortly before she left the game. She was originally the heiress to family holdings in Lirsautton as a traditionalist member of the Sang Do caste, however last I left it I believe she had to be evacuated from the system as her conservative administrators/workers revolted instead of accepting her as their matriarch due to her heavy capsuleer association with the Gallente and all that cloning stuff muddling the waters of her ancestral rights and so on.

Although, now, I have no real drive as to what to do with the character and I'm thinking (I've already done it) of starting a new one and keeping Jianni around for old times/rp/money makings sake.

Also... has 'the Summit' become much more bitcher while I've been away, at the very least to 'new' characters, cause I certainly don't appreciate it when a good deal of them appear to be but children in my eyes... :p

On topic though, welcome back Jianni! I kind of missed you, that specific flair of Jin-Mei RP was good for EVE and the overal Fed scene IMHO. I hope you get back to that some day, but just knowing your around makes me feel better.

Welcome back aboard! And no, it's never a bad idea to come back to EVE... in fact it's nearly unavoidable, it's just a matter of time. :D
