We've been using this for a pretty long time, and it has accounted for at least 903 kills with 280mm Arty II listed (without filtering out Warp Disruptor II or Thrasher) out of the 3014 kills we had last month. Take this fit as you will.

I've usually only seen these in packs at gatecamps with a scout (cloaked preferably) at the other side. Is that the way you are using them?

We tend to go out in packs of 5 or more and just derp them into plexes or gates whenever a large force of t1 frigs show up, usually without a scout because Caldari militia scare too easily and freak out if just one single scout jumps into system. We'll pick up intel on some sizable presence of t1 frigs in plexes or gates, get there ASAP and slam into them before they make the decision to run.
