I used to be a Blood Raider like you. Then I took... no, wait.
Sadly, I am a pretty poor RP'er and PvP'er for that matter. I did have this idea for my character though, that he had gotten so full of himself and had concluded, that he was so much better than anybody else that any physical interaction at all, even the shooting stuff, was below his level. No need to focus so much on blooding inferior beings to become immortal*, when you already are immortal. Instead, focus on being immortal, take the next step and transcend.
*: Often people seem to forget why the Blood Raiders do what they do.
