That's the idea. I'm reserving the right to cancel the whole thing if there's a giant loophole in the system that makes it easy to scam and waste my money, etc.

If the bounty system works well enough you'll need to 'watch your back' even in highsec as you'll get paid directly % of what you destroy of theirs....

RP wise I'm hoping to start a 'kill pool' and hopefully get people who dislike those characters to throw in a few hundred mill here and there.

I'd like it up near a bil each or so, we'll see!

A new bounty system that isn't simply a way for jackasses to get free money from the people they piss off?  Had I known about this, I wouldn't have spent all my ISK on hookers and blow.  I can think of several folks that I'd love to tag with bounties.
