It appears the Caldari are the least fond of tattoos, from that collage. Also, apparently, "Character customization" is an option under station services, and there's also piercings, new shades and scars available too. Also new vests for men.

I'm in the middle of screencapping a bunch of stuff, but I'll add a few details. Tattoos all have 4 color options (black, dark blue, red, green) and an opacity slider. There are 36 scar options, though about 10 of those are either mirrored L/R or flipped angles. Reasonable number of facial piercing options, at least for female characters.

Edit: Server down for maint, I'll poke around and see if there are additional hair/clothing options when it comes back up.

But even the tiny Caldari ones are starting to appeal to me.

You get a recustomization, all the images were blank.

So new vests and shades, and also this scar that slashes right through either left or right eye (meaning that eye will be dead-white). All the GRUFFGRUFF war veterans DARKPASTZ will be having those, I imagine

Only tattoos currently available are facial tattoos. Same goes for scaring. I'm in the process of uploading a bunch. The album is here although there are just a ton of screenshots because I cba to crop them all together.

Tattoos are racially restricted by the way. The Minmatar, Gallente, and Caldari (or at least Civire) should be in there. Don't have any Amarr characters to get the rest with. The scarring options are all the same for everyone.
