Nah, I disagree. The types of body jewelry we use now serve the purpose of not only looking good but being effective at what they do. Captive bead rings, barbells, studs, all designed to be easy to manage, clean and (with proper care) should heal well, and we haven't really changed them in the past few decades because they're already perfect. Unless EVE cultures were to find a way to improve upon these incredibly simple designs, I have no problem believing they got to the same place with it we did.

However I do think some septum tusks for Minmatar would fit just nicely.

It's not in there yet unfortunately. Most tattoos made it back but some did not. I'd also really like to see a return of the Sebiestor hairstyles even though I don't play one. They just had great style.

EDIT: Bawww I just noticed Gallenteans can have white tattoos. No fair, white ink is great, it's my favorite color of ink I have in any of my irl tattoos, it pops out nicely placed next to black ink. It's also the color that seems to cause the most bleeding which looked awesome when the skeleton on my 1/3 sleeve was being done.
