Early Years
Born Natasiya Veikitamo Tasuukin on May 27 BYC 36 to her patrilineal gene donor, Admiral Veikamin Javiyia Tasuukin of the Caldari Navy and Sabikainen Tuikano Tasuukin, a corporate Executive of a consumer electronics subsidiary of Kaalakiota Corporation. She would spend her formative childhood years enrolled in the elite Kaalakiota educational creche -- School Number 7 -- to be groomed for leadership roles as befitting her family and Deteis racial background.
Her parents were largely absent during her childhood, which would be a source of silent estrangement and resentment in her adulthood. Natasiya Veikitamo was a capable student with aptitudes in mathematics and the sciences in addition to excelling in the youth sport wargames exercises organised by her school creche. Attributes that would serve her well when she was selected for hydrostatic capsule training at the age of sixteen with Caldari Navy.
She would spend four years at the State War Academy before graduating from her class fifth out of one hundred and fifty six with a degree in Physics and commissioned a Lieutenant in the Caldari Navy. Assigned to the 223rd Fleet Regiment for her entire Naval career she would rise to the rank of Major and commanding a Kestrel frigate squadron: the 32/233 "Krakens" by the time the Armistice was signed in YC11. During her career she was charged with war crimes by the Federation for the use of chemical organophosphate warheads against a civilian installation in Botane, killing over ten thousand, in addition to other offences. A dubious distinction she wears with pride to this day.
Upon the Armistice, she would retire from Caldari Navy to take up a position with the Home Guard with rank of Major. She would take part in the "Watchtower" program of Kaalakiota Corporation in YC12: the cryogenic storage of Independence War veterans as a strategic reserve should hostilities renew with the Gallente Federation. Prior to her storage she would marry her childhood sweetheart, Mathias Hevaima Kurovassi and take up the marital name, Gesakaarin.
Bureau 515
Awakened in YC 83 to a now defunct Watchtower Program, she was transferred from Home Guard to Bureau 515 of Kaalakiota Corporation, a foreign intelligence and espionage service formed in response to the Caldari-Gallente Armistice by a cabal of Home Guard officers dissatisfied with the terms of the treaty with the Gallente Federation. Under guise of training as a corporate lawyer she was instructed in clandestine operations for four years, graduating from both STI as a lawyer and Bureau 515 as an intelligence operative in YC87.
Her first operation with Bureau 515 would take her to the Khanid Kingdom in YC 87 as part of a corporate diplomatic team to Khanid Transport along with her husband, Mathias Hevaima Gesakaarin. This period would see her cultivating contacts and agents among Sani Sabik cells and individuals in addition to working in conjunction with Royal Khanid Signals Intelligence with the express intent of undermining the power and capabilities of the Amarr Empire to the interests of Kaalakiota Corporation by providing financial, logistical and intelligence support.
In YC99 she was transferred along with her husband to Republic operations of Bureau 515. During this period she would run agents and create contacts primarily among the Krusual and Thukker Tribes via Clan Kjalarthal and Clan Seykal respectively with the intention of providing clandestine financial, logistic, and intelligence support against the Amarr Empire.
As Independent Capsuleer
Natasiya Veikitamo Gesakaarin would emerge in YC114 as a Sukuuvestaa Officer of the Peace and Order Unit to conduct the nanosecond buyout of Strix Armaments, a Roden Shipyards subsidiary.
Natasiya Veikitamo Gesakaarin conducted the audit of Wiyrkomi Honour Guard as a Commissar of the Caldari Providence Directorate. Finding it culpable of anti-Provist activity, she folded it to form a new company, Pyre Falcon Defence and Security.
She was discovered to have conducted prisoner exchange programs with the Sansha Nation loyalist organisation, True Slave Foundations, by the capsuleer, Samira Kernher in YC115.
Upon the removal of Tibus Heth as CEO of Kaalakiota Corporation, she formally retired from her position as CEO of Pyre Falcon Defence and Security in YC115.
Served in the State Protectorate for approximately one year, and the 24th Imperial Crusade for three years.
Conducted a prisoner exchange of Matari combatants with the capsuleer, Ava Starfire, in return for thousands of tons of Mikramurkan Snow Cod.
In late YC120 formed a corporation, Black Advent, to provide "military-advisory" support to Tronhadar Free Guard and Seykal Expeditionary Group.
Personality
A woman of many affectations deliberately designed to foster an underestimation of her actual intelligence, capabilities, and intentions. Her current preferred affectation is that of a "typical" edgelord capsuleer with an often jocular capacity for violence. As to what truly lies beneath the mask, it's likely cold, ruthless and conducts her objectives with an absolute lack of sentiment, pity, or remorse. These affectations serve the dual purpose of deflection from her association with Kaalakiota Corporation.
Politics
As a scion of Kaalakiota Corporation, she regards her loyalty to the Company in the form of its Great Families as an absolute. A staunch militarist and advocate of cynical realpolitik she views idealism as infantile: the only true political relationship is based on power and interests, not ideology. To that end, she regards the only true end goal of Kaalakiota as being that of securing power, whether that be economic, industrial, or military, in order so that the Caldari State may exercise its interests as it may please. For her, Kaalakiota is the bastion from which the rest of the Caldari people may realise their ambitions and as such, is the vanguard of a Greater Good which she must both advance and defend.
In regards to foreign powers she views the Gallente Federation under its current Union as too dysfunctional and febrile to conduct concerted campaigns against the Caldari State proper -- despite the patriotic diatribes of its more Hawkish citizenry. Instead, she views the Amarr Empire and its religious tenets of Reclaiming as a more plausible and legitimate existential threat, whether that be via subversive cultural indoctrination against traditional Caldari values or the potential for outright military campaigns against the State proper in future. As such, she advocates for policies and programs aimed at fostering discord and dysfunction within the Empire to limit its potential for hostile action against the Caldari people. As for the Minmatar she affords a degree of respect and admiration as a people who fought for their right to exist against a foreign power -- and won.
