So, new chronicle! Discuss here!

Sine Wave: Alpha

Interesting to me not least because it contains some interesting tidbits of how things work in the Empire.

Something I've been wondering about since reading this: Is it possible to replace old prime implants with new ascension implants without switching to a new clone?

It's mostly a conversation between Jovian Face Dancers and the use of nanite-implants that allow capsuleers to do things like calculate non-causality violating eigenvectors in a closed timelike space powered by a substance called QE 4-He which can only mined on a single desert planet which is the product of an indigenous species that converts it from water and which can grow to a prodigious size.

FTFY.

I've finally struggled through this. The only possible word I could use to describe this chronicle is "otiose," for obvious reasons. We need to stage an intervention, guys -- whoever wrote this needs a few beta readers and an editor like an alcoholic with late-stage liver disease needs a a detox program and buckets of Naltrexone.

That's Dune, dammit!

TL;DR? Alpha Clones and Project Discovery are actually part of a conspiracy to fight Drifters. Two spais with memory backup and an internal security guy died to bombs in a bar to bring us this information.

Also, bombing or no, the Ritual Suicide of Very Powerful People must go on.

Midichlorians

That was a horrifyingly difficult read. Makes me wonder if they had anyone other than the author proof this before it went out.
