[Interest Check] Celebration of Heth's Ousting.

On June 14th two years ago, Heth was ousted as State Executor.

So... this would be late.

Still, would anyone be interested in an a small event to celebrate this?

Is it really a celebration of him if the thing were more like King Olaf's Festival in Solitude, with a really really condescending poem and an effigy-burning?
