People love to pull out the 'xyz corp doesn't undock' or 'xyz corp hides in their wormhole' or 'xyz corp doesn't fite' as a weapon when really any of those xyz corps 1) do fight actively, 2) Aren't particularly hard to find if someone actually cares to look.

But people don't actually care that much, or want to put that much effort into not liking someone, because lets be honest, its a game, and it takes far too much energy in most cases to actively hold a grudge and seek vengeance, when you could be using your time to fuck around and have fun. Its a rhetorical weapon, its great way to discredit someone without actually having to do anything yourself.

Of course if you do undeniably undock you are 'blobbing', 'upshipping', 'calling in neutral friends', 'cheating with links', etc. Eve players do enjoy a good excuse

I think a lot of the PIE not undocking stuff was IC, to be clear.  At least when I was saying it on the summit.  Remember characters lie all the time and it was a standard go-to to tug on the robes of the stalwart imperial loyalists with those sorts of lines.

"PIE not undocking" also stems from the various stages when the corporation was not very active or dormant.

how to use the "X don't undock" meme properly™

1. Pick an enemy corporation who you know are in a different time zone, and operate in a different area of space.

2. Do not move from your area of space.

3. Loudly and repeatedly say in IC and/or OOC channels about how you haven't seen any X in space.

4. Should one of X be present in space, say that your guys who were online and docked were afk for lunch.

5. Proclaim Victory®
