> Biography:
> Ráven Albel Berlioz was born on November 13th YC90 to Brom and Helena Berlioz. Raised in the Luminaire system on Luminaire III Astrin; Astrin was a lush temperate planet inhabited by both Caldari and Gallente races. Gallente and Civire, Ráven grew up in both worlds with an equal outlook of both. His father Brom was born Gallente. Brom worked for Inner Zone Shipping, A hard worker in the industrial trade, often hauling minerals and other industrious material around New Eden. His mother Helena on the other hand was the polar opposite being born of Civire. Helena was a business woman for the Sister's of Eve, working for Spatial habitation research with the Zero-G Research Firm often assisting The Servant Sisters of Eve with their humanitarian aid requests such as the development of ships and outposts. Living on Luminaire III Astrin was occasionally normal; sometimes there were a few spouts between Gallente and Caldari citizens. Ráven didn't understand at the time what the big fuss was; he had both Caldari and Gallente friends on Astrin. As time passed he moved around a lot moving from place to place due to his mother's and father's work. Changing from school to school, bouncing from Federation space to Empire and then to State. Majority of his time was kept within State borders, finishing the remainder of his schooling with State War Academy and the Caldari Navy. At this time Ráven moved to State borders he took up his own work funding various corporations such as Line Ark Security Armaments which held interest in the arms trade and Marche au Supplice which he holds the name to this day. Berlioz moved to Juunigaishi III 4 years after graduation from the Caldari Naval Academy. Somehow living in an rather luxurious property which wasn't too large and was manageable by a few groundskeepers as well as himself. The detail of the property shown quite an extensive amount of ISK was put into its grounds. A small shuttle pad that lead to one of the south entrances for swift retreats to the space port if need be. The interior was pale earthly colors, highly modernized and sported much of a Sisters of Eve feel in some aspects. Clean, neat, and rather spacious for a person living by himself. The residence held an office for business, indoor pool, spacious grounds and modern living quarters. This property still holds much of the secrets that Berlioz still keeps confined within. One of which involves a Sebiestor female that has an eerie history with Ráven Berlioz.  This occupant within the report has not been named but is held with great observation under the corporation as a valuable asset since LARK days.

> Marche au Supplice, March of Terror. An apt name for what initially was established as an Intel hub attachment to a naval squadron of the Caldari Navy. Countering cyber warfare that crept through channels into any of the State's databanks. Soon it was reassigned to filter through communication buoys to assist with threats along the Caldari Border Zones for the Executive Board. Supplice worked deep in an existing society to establish roots within its culture and feed off of extracted data at its source or core. Only existing as a hidden entity within the naval ranks of the Caldari State, this then gave off the appeal that Supplice was just a mere myth that floated about as a rumor. Marche au Supplice was just a codename that soon faded as the unit was disbanded from its original use, becoming a freelance agent to only fade back into the dark void of space.  With this state of mind it continues to act as a Covert Recon and intelligence squadron, extending its reaches into Federation, Republic and Empire space. Supplice acts as a unit, a family of individuals that work together and look out for one another no one getting left behind. Much like a pack of wolves Supplice had kept a consistency of unit based activity. Held by a tenet of five principles; Survive, Adapt, Prey, Hunt, and Kill. These principles applied to every combat engagement that pushed Supplice through its trials. The Wolf survives together as one. One must first survive the harshness of its environment alone or together. The wolf adapts its means of existence through countless trials. The wolf preys by stalking and poaching its territory, hunting through means of stealth and often in packs. Kills by striking fast and lethal without remorse or second thought. This is what the wolf will do to survive even if it needs to sacrifice itself for the survival of the pack and everyday without fail one should consider himself dead. These were the bare essentials given to Supplice pilots, each pilot used their skill in a flowing movement. Ever changing each day to adapt to each engagement. Preying on every corner of the universe for moments to strike. Hunting for the opportunity to kill(1). Marche au Supplice is more freelance than it once was, assisting various corporations or entities such as S.o.E and Mordu's Legion. Marche au Supplice no longer claims a faction's banner, but takes up its own. Steadily they stick to the dark corners of the universe watching and waiting. Supplice remains a veil of mystery within the society, certain circles have had contact or dealings with agents of its ranks.
1. Berlioz often treats Supplice like a business, he hides it behind a facade of various fronts including a research development under a Sister's of Eve banner. Which produces weapons and ships through selective lists.
Would christianity still exist at this point? Not to nit pick as everything else in this character is fine but that one stood out for me. If there's a good lore basis for it, then s'all good.

I'd think in some aspects, Granted Amarr believe in one God. So I'm sure the belief is deeply rooted to a traditional christianity right?

The only references to christianity in the lore are made on the timeline, where there is mention of the United Catholic Church at some point for the colonists sent to the Eve Gate and eventually ending up forming the Conformists, far, far ancestors of the Amarr.

But then again, there are literally thousand of years in between. The Amarr religion is the Amarr religion, and nothing else. It also borrows a lot of elements from actually non christian religions, like old persian faiths like zoroastrianism, etc. It's a mish mash of christian/roman/persian stuff with a divine emperor at the head (which hints definitely at Han/Ming dynasties as well as japanese).

So...  Best rule of thumbs in eve, better to avoid direct parallels and references to RL facets imo.

( same for bushido btw, I would expect some khanid or deteis martial arts or code of conduct proving to be similar, as it is definitely believable, but the direct reference to RL implies that it's the same, and ruffle some feathers in the wrong way for me... )

Very cool. I like the history of both the character and the corp (I actually enjoyed the corp history slightly more). I think it would be interesting to know more about Mr. Berlioz's motivations and personality.

I didn't have any additional useful feedback.. I enjoyed reading what you wrote.

I'm not sure about being able to attend three distinct military academies.  Bear in mind as well as their capsuleer programs these places train officers for the national and corporate militaries of their nations. I could see some exchange programs between the Empire and the State maybe. But doing terms in the Fed, Empire & State seems odd.
