The DED has determined that this Capsuleer's activities have caused moderate damage over an extended period to valid assets and has no criminal record. Investigated for kidnapping, but did not escalate beyond person of interest status.
Personality Assessment: Pilot has spotty service record in the special militia with extensive travel interrupting duties. No record of instabilities filed, implant record filed for one clone, YC112.
Assessment: According to public record, has undergone little or minor physical alterations on becoming a Capsuleer, and is of an standard height but somewhat slight build. Subject maintains several modest piercings, no known tattoos or markings. The subject displays a somewhat shakeable personality unusual in Capsuleers who undergo the intense screening of Class 1 city pilot certification. The DED is working under the assumption the subject is working legitimately in relations and maintains a standard public face with few to no inconsistencies. Major shareholder in planetside company Dit Vrille. Public record consists primarily of general interest inquiry and entertainment surrounding the Caillian ultra-rich (interviews, sensational clips). The DED did not find anything of interest to oversight matters.
History (OOC):
Born into the society of relentless freedom of Gallente Prime's historical Caille, Aedre was raised with certain expectations that his family's money provided and the presumption to continue the narrative of his family's success with right action and good business sense. An inquisitive learner, Aedre's interest in the Capsuleer program centered around the promise of accelerated, if not in fact infinite, acquisition of knowledge.
The discovery that he was compatible for the program was not taken well by family or friends who, by YC109, had several chaotic years of Capsuleer shenanigans to draw negative anecdotes from. With the sort of blind enthusiasm reserved for the youth, Aedre powered through the rigorous program with a single-minded determination that was fueled in part by disapproval. Upon receiving his Pilot's licence at the age of 21, Aedre moved off-world to attend the E-UNI, voluntarily alienating himself from his disapproving baseliner contacts. The occasional mission was more than enough to maintain a normal wealthy lifestyle, and Aedre lost interest in courses within half a year, absorbing still-novel station life and peaceful pace of self-instruction.
Aedre would have this peaceful mode of life disturbed during the events 22.03.115, with the destruction of the Shiigeru. He had watched the event awestruck from out-of-region, and felt an intense guilt not being present or even certain he was capable during a calamity of such a size that struck so close to home. The political ramifications terrorized him: Desperate to learn the practical points of being effective against other enhanced pilots in space, and weighted with ephemeral ideas of post-human responsibility, Aedre's search took him entirely incidentally across the path of Seriphym Inhonores, who introduced him to the Eleutherian Guard; a factional warfare corporation currently run by Desra Mascani. There, he secured a junior role serving as Civilian Relations Intelligence Officer splitting his time between paperwork, training and a number of other ventures.
