Not sure if there is a chat box plugin for simple machine, but I have been playing around with building a site using Joomla and there is a plugin that allows chatbox with registered users to the site; you can have one-on-one or even group chats. I haven't had much chance to fully play with it as I'm still trying to get the framework of the site setup in the first place  :eek:

It'd be a pretty quiet chatroom. But you don't hate me, riiiiiight?

I never use IRC because of bad port issues here at Uni, but a chatbox here would be rather fun. Not sure how much trouble it would be to put one in, though.

He hates everyone.  Even me, and I'm hiding where you'd least expect it ... no, not there!  Try looking where I'd least expect it! practically invisible.
