The nooblodge is great, but it's missing MJ-power. So, I'm building a large biofuel/charcoal system nearby. Once it's stabilized and expanded I'll be adding a public Thermal workshop near the nooblodge, and also constructing a road from spawn to it since I totally wandered the wrong way when I started.

Download this, put it into your FTB main folder (where the FTB_Launcher is). Try launching the DW20 pack from it. If it doesn't work, do you have steam or skype? I'll sit down with you about it.

I'll give it a shot when I get home this evening, probably around 7ish east coast. Can be found on Steam, should be under the name Steckersaurus... I think. Pretty sure I joined the inspiracy group there.

Standing in mute, awed horror before the sheer size of the item database is fun, yes, even when you've been doing it a while. The FTB wiki is a must-bookmark.

Of course, helping newcomers is even more fun.

If you treat it as base minecraft with a whole bunch of new blocks it isn't bad, honestly. The different tech trees are easy to digest on their own, but mixing them together for truly massive monstrosities is the challenge.
