Historical Summary: Born in YC 84 to two Technician Caste researchers (father Kikkuuri, metamaterials engineer; mother Ameha, supercontinuum regime applications), aboard station in orbit of Hilfhurmur X, Metropolis Region. Childhood testing revealed a formidable intellect, but due to an incongruence of interests between the young Achur and the curricula, she was removed from a number of schools. After primary education was completed, attempts were made to secure work in a number of research internship programs which met with middling success, but there was difficulty maintaining consistent employment, partially as a result of academic underperformance. While legacy employment would have been available with Wiyrkomi research groups, Mikkyou showed little interest in the fields of study embraced by her parents. A number of underperforming years followed. When submitting for newly State-mandated employment qualifaction examinations in YC 104, administrators recognized consistency with the capsuleer neurological profile, and made a recommendation to enter the compatibility audit. Finding a sponsor proved difficult, however, as Mikkyou had up that point shown little promise in scientific or commercial careers. Several years would pass before State funding could be collected for her enrollment at the Science and Trade Institute. She graduated STI in YC 113, remaining as a stellar physics research fellow through YC 114.
Additional Information: In official CONCORD dealings, Shiki has reliably exhibited politeness, observation of pertinent regulations, and due regard for efficient flow of commerce. Public documentation of her professional background within the Caldari State are consistent with this pattern. She has displayed a propensity for responding to A/V communication hails with text-only responses, which our operators suggest may be due to a neurological make-up tailored for deep mentation and extreme multitasking.
