Character ban

Well, as some of you heard from Sasi, Lasa was banned for unknown reasons yesterday afternoon :-( I have a website petition in and I'm waiting to hear back :-( Until then, I'm a sad and irritated woman *grumble*

Thanks Grid :( This is all on top of me finding out my grandma is in hospital. Not a good day for me :( I hope I find out soon. What would cause a character to be banned? I don't bot or anything. :(

Perhaps someone attempted or successfully hacked into your account? I have no idea why they's suddenly ban you, other then that. *shrugs* Either way, I hope this resolves quickly for you.

The only ones we know to have fucked you is CCP atm, but they usually give a reason. I'd like to hear it once they let you know why they did.

I will update this thread when I find out. I initially filed my petition in the wrong place so I refiled. I've never used the system for this before so I was confused.  :bash: It's been over 24 hours now though.

...Sounds like your account got hacked, though I've heard of this happening to those who get paid by RMTers with RMT'd isk.

That's unfortunately par for the course with CCP. I've never had a petition answered in less than 48 hours.

Depends of the type of petitions. Some types just need a few couple of minutes/hours to be answered, but when it comes to technical/out of game issues it can take a lot longer.
