I think you have the potential conflict all wrong though, I'm picking that when the Sebiestor figure out that the head of their tribe was offed by the orders of the head of the Brutor tribe, there isn't going to be a Republic much longer, and it will be Sebiestor against Brutor.

(I may have mentioned in the hearing of a couple of the storyline team that I wanted faction warfare to come to an end so that we could get some internecine strife going. I don't think that they've had enough time for me to be a cause, but I bet they were giggling inside when I said it.)
