LDIS is a State-loyal, Patriot-aligned Caldari RP corp, and is nominally partnered with Lai Dai, Lai Dai protection Agency, and Top Down, while also maintaining ties to other Caldari corporations. Our focus is on heavy industry, with an emphasis on R&D and maintaining a strong combat wing.
LDIS strongly believes in the creation of a corporate system that benefits individual employees as well as the corporation in general. Therefore, employees are expected to participate in corporate operations and train for skills that will assist with corporation goals, and in return, receive subsidies towards acquisition of corporation-desired skills and accomplishments. Once pilots have stayed with LDIS for 1 month, they receive 5 shares in the corporation, unless they already own shares. Having shares gives employees the chance to have a say in the corporation once they have earned it, and, in addition, dividends are paid on a monthly basis. Employees who contribute to corporation objectives are compensated according to their efforts.

In addition, your last capsuleer corporation employer may not have been set to negative standings by LDIS.
Pilots with little experience are welcome, however, having at least a month of flight time under your belt increases your chances of employment. In addition, prospective pilots should be prepared to provide API details and an explanation of their goals in LDIS.
