I'm currently in a position to offer complete T3 packages for 395m a piece, subsystems included. It's a non-profit venture, you're getting them for the same price that they are built at, but it's all in the spirit of blue lights at the end of the day.

I always had the idea in the back of my head to get a T3, but to me is seemed a horribly over-prized ship considering what I got and what I risked flying it. If I'm going to shell out 400 million for what amounts to an uber HAC I'd like to know how much I might expect to have to pay in say, Rens, for a Proteus.

Also, where do you build and sell these, or transport them as part of the pay? No point in buying one if I have to get it myself, you sell them in Jita, and I'm Fed.militia, is there? D:

The current T3 market averages at about 440 for a complete ship, obviously subsystems varying. Obviously it can go lower, but 395 is about the minimum for me to cover on operating costs and actually make the whole thing worthwhile.

As far as where they are built, that's secret. I generally contract them in Jita, although it's no big deal to transport them.

I know, I tried to run far away from it, but then I ended up going over the barrier and smack into the middle of it again. Welp. I mean it when I say though things like this are really nice. Just, like, don't usually see them outside of corps / groups of friends v0v
