Hoodies with design options, including an up/down option on the hood.
T-shirts with more design options (still want a black one with an Internal Security red eye on it for Maris)
More underwear choices, ideally stuff that does not look like it'd crawl up one's butt given the least bit of encouragement.
Sensible women's shoes
Lab coats
Trenchcoats
Nail polish and/or manicure options.
Gloves
Rings, bracelets and watches/wrist chronometers/data units.

Bloodline themed (though not restricted) sets of clothing. complete sets. Shoes, top, bottom, etc.. The works.
More underwear/sleepwear choices, since we can't ship spin.. at least let me strip in my CQ.
-No it doesn't need to be lingerie. A simple bathrobe or nightslip would work, and some comfy PJs.
Better piercings.
More doodads and accessories!
More shoes! BOOTS! Heeled boots!
That stuff Kaleigh mentioned. >_>
More working furniture.

As a side note I've been thinking the reverse would work well too with some of the items.

While I doubt the monocle would get many takers I think that Ishukone shirt would have some interest if it was available from the EVE store.

Non-functional weapons and decorative katanas already got mentioned so expanding on that I just have to specifically mention the Khumaak for the Matari.

And on the whole more of everything and anything already listed. But with priority on stuff that doesn't make avatars into penismonsters, especially if these things end up being a drain on system resources..
