There really is none.  What we need is a complete failure cascade, new management at CCP, and a reboot of the cluster.  Start from scratch, everyone get in a Rifter and make for nullsec.   

People will be mystified as to why the new ghost hunter is a woman.

FWIW, I don't plan on shutting down Backstage any time soon. I could see an expanded role for non-eve discussion sections (or even sections for other games, if it comes to that) in the future if there are a lot of people in the community who want to keep in touch after they leave the game/when they take a break until CCP manages to unfuck their shit.

TBH, I think Eve may have pretty much ruined me as far as most other MMOs go (Not the bad, recent stuff. The good stuff. Remember the good stuff?). Who knows, though?

I've been hopping about some ftp games like APB and the silly animu aeria games.   I'm really just waiting for Guild Wars 2 and hoping it's as awesome as the gameplay says it is.

I looked into it for a few minutes today. It is amazingly like EVE, and from what I can tell in desperate need of some RP. I did a quick google search for Perpetuum roleplay and found pretty much nothing. Still not planning on leaving EVE anytime soon or otherwise, but if I do I might go there.
