Second reaction: Thank gods, this should put an end to people OOCly claiming it is not clear Sansha is taking people against their will.

Third reaction: Scratch that. They will just claim CCP intended it to be "just CONCORD propaganda".

I loved it--was a great crash course in who the fuck he was, what his story is, and why he's pissed off, too.  WTB more for all the major character in EVE I should know about but can't be bothered to slog through prime fiction to learn about.

But the question arises from that...

Why is he a challenge for the capsuleers?
Why would capsuleers care?

It is the Empires that he is a threat to.
It is the common population of the Empires that he preys upon.

To the capsuleers he is nothing more than a nuisance.
A part of the terrain to avoid, or to exploit to your advantage.

Surely he is not a threat.
