Maybe. Agnes has been spending a lot of time in lowsec recently, so not as much time in Rens. When she's there, she usually drops into the bazaar and has a look around, but hasn't seen as many new people recently.
I remember one day getting to RP with Ashar on three different characters, and giggling because I thought that Ashar didn't know they were all played by the same person. So who told you about Agnes? Was it Mata?
