[Gottii]

Hello Everyone....

We ran an event awhile back in EM regarding a clan (well, actually a lodge) initiation and a Voluval ceremony.

Just as a bit of backstory, CJ Walker had been training a bit to join Gottii's lodge, and through the lodge, the clan itself.  

From there, both Gottii and CJ had never had the chance to take the Voluval as young adults, so they then undergo a Rite of Cleansing, then an actual Voluval.  

I was really pleased with both the turn out and the response.  A couple of people outside of EM have asked me to share it, so I thought I would post the logs here.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:15:49 ] Gottii > /emote stands and walks into the , bare from the waist up, the massive Brutor covered in white war paint. He rolls his shoulders back and forth, then nods to CJ, waiting patiently for her to make the first move.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:17:40 ] Gottii > /emote again waits patiently, as CJ gathers herself, then again moves toward him, throwing a flurry of punches. Gottii knocks aside each other in relaxed, fluid motions, his fist, knee and elbow slamming into her in rapid succession, knocking her flat.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:18:59 ] CJ Walker > Gottii backs up, his hands slapping hers away, until one catches his chin, knocking his head to the side. Gottii's open palm slams into CJ's chest in response, knocking her from her feet, sending her flying back.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:20:18 ] Gottii > /emote spits out blood as he looks over to the shamans, then back to CJ, a mixed expression on his face. CJ gasps a bit on her back, trying to catch her breath.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:20:57 ] CJ Walker > /emote drags herself up again, her body obviously failing her, as she moves her way toward the huge Brutor.

 [ 2010.04.04 21:21:16 ] CJ Walker > /emote lashes out toward Gottii, her punch slowed by her injuries. Gottii easily stops her punch, locking her wrist, sending her sprawling to the ground.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:21:30 ] CJ Walker > /emote lands heavily, with a loud thud. She slowly trying to pull herself up.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:22:10 ] Gottii > /emote backs away, glaring at the shaman council, a slight snarl on his face. "Get up" he mutters, looking over at CJ, again waiting. CJ slowly, painfully drags herself up, blood covering her face, and slowly limps her way to Gottii.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:22:40 ] Gottii > /emote expression is a mixture of concern and determination, as he casually blocks CJ's clumsily thrown punch. He again locks her wrist, his foot sweeping CJ's legs out from under her, CJ landing on the stone heavily.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:22:50 ] Caellach Marellus > /emote mutters under his breath "Come on CJ, hang in there."
 [ 2010.04.04 21:22:57 ] Solaria Scarlet > /emote says to Derglas "Ten voices is looking after her now this must be done"
 [ 2010.04.04 21:23:20 ] Gottii > /emote backs away, a pained look on his face. He all but snarls at Ten Voices, then turns to watch as CJ struggles to get up. "Get up" Gottii says, a mixture of pleading and command.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:23:44 ] Gottii > /emote 's war tattoos flare a deep red as he glares at the council, then yells "Get up" yet again.
 [ 2010.04.04 21:23:49 ] Taizu Lilith > /emote looks displeased

In the raw log .txt files, you've got to remove the odd little square thing to the left of the timestamp; it's massively annoying.
