Komura Providence, Perimeter III
- Perimeter Solar System, Forge Region
– Caldari State Sovereignty

Komura Providence sits on the eastern edge of the Hidura continent riding the edge of the massive Kindu Trench for roughly fourteen hundred miles. The Kindu Trench was found to be rich in mineral and metal ore deposits and it was upon this discovery by geologists, that a colony was founded.

It's home to roughly eight hundred million people working mostly in manufactories and laboratories contracted to supply the Caldari Navy with everything from circuit boards to weaponry for starships and Navy forces.

The capital city of Komura Providence still remains Konohumura after being relocated from the city of Inishi during a civil war fifty years ago. Konohumura is home to almost eighty-six percent of the highest noble families and interstellar traders residing on Perimeter III.

Majority of monopoly holders and interstellar figureheads personally hold residences in the Konshi Spire, a towering monolith that looks out over the capital city and its environs for an excess of two hundred kilometers. The Konshi Spire was built in honor of the nobles who allied to one another to defeat a domestic insurgence that caused the civil war that consumed nearly forty-five percent of the providence and left most of it uninhabitable due to nuclear storms. It raises a majestic four hundred and twenty three meters from the ground level and can be seen on clear nights from orbit.

Of the approximately eight hundred million residents, a reported five hundred and sixty million make up the labor force that drive the manufactories and laboratories non stop during their thirty-five hour days. Starship components alone make up for sixty-seven percent of manufactory output, while weaponry for both starship and military personnel make up for seventeen percent of output. The remaining output comes from the super advanced, State funded labs working on enhancing current technology while pursuing more advanced methods of manufacturing and research.

The remaining three hundred million people make up the majority of the noble families who personally  or through alliances own the manufacturing yards that can cover several square kilometers of land. Among this nobility lies the merchant traders who ply the interstellar lanes between planets, moons, and other star systems in the Forge Region. While many families and merchants have stocks and personnel working in the laboratories, the labs remain the sole property of the Navy and State.

The only other area visible from orbit are the massive starports that cover anywhere from two square kilometers to ten square kilometers that lie inland on the western fronts of the providence, bordering the wastelands and deserts that cover seventy-four percent of the Hidura continent. These starports have been permanently active, even through severe weather and solar conditions for the last twenty seven years with incessant lines of air and interstellar traffic doing a complicated and delicate dance in the aerial and orbital patterns.
