Short Description:
Typically clothed in an Amarrian style white dress, never seen without Amarrian headpiece.
Personality Assessment:
Saikoyu Eblis-Kad is noted for speaking formally when around other pod pilots who are not well known to her, although among friends and during combat operations she will speak more freely. Ms. Eblis-Kad has also been noted to fixate on a small number of pod pilots as being of interest to her. These traits have lead analysis’s to believe that Ms. Eblis-Kad is of a basically shy disposition, who will only place her trust in a limited number of people. An alternate analysis is that Ms. Eblis-Kad has developed a mild obsession about some or all of these pilots, possibility of a romantic nature. Ms. Eblis-Kad has also occasionally shown signs of past mental and/or physical trauma, but it is unknown if this is due to her lack of pod piloting abilities or another external factor.

Physical Assessment:
Ms. Eblis-Kad is in fair shape for her age and lifestyle. She does not show any signs of martial training or physical enhancement beyond the typical level for a pod pilot. Ms. Eblis-Kad has been seen with an Amarrian laser pistol, but her level of skill with it is unknown.
Notes:
Ms. Eblis-Kad has disappeared several times in her piloting career, and her movements during this time have never been fully explained. Most notable of these times was a the start of the Eldar War, when she was sighted at a Matari refuge camp of former slaves from the Amarr home worlds.
