[IC?] Observational Report on Sleeper Behavior

Not sure what qualifies as non-meta gaming sources for information, but this struck me as(despite some OOC termonoligy) an IC observation on Sleeper behavior since their appearance from technology to strategic tactics. Thoughts?

Crossing Zebras is an OOC news site. There are some IC observation articles on sleeper/drifter behavior posted elsewhere, though I don't have the links offhand.
