About Moira.
Firstly, thanks for checking us out.
Moira. was founded about eight months ago as a Federation facwar/PVP corporation, with the objective of retaking Federation sovereign space in Essence, Placid, and Verge Vendor. Four months later, we were successful in our goals, and left the service of the Federation to branch out into lowsec and 0.0 PVP operations.
We are currently in Rote Kapelle alliance, a well-known small-gang warfare group, led by Stimulus. We've had the pleasure of providing support to, and directly participating in Rote Kapelle's Alliance Tournament 8 team, which made it to the top sixteen this year. Rote Kapelle has automatically qualified for next year's tournament due to our performance.
Our aim is simply to form a tough, closely-knit pvp corp, funded through w-space exploration, and specializing in small gang warfare.
We are an RP-lite corp, which means you'll not see any 'thee's or 'thou's in our channels. We believe that we can and should have an impact on the story of EvE, but doing so requires action in space, so that is our focus.
Folks we're looking for
The best way to be successful in lowsec, or nullsec for that matter, whether while running plexes, fleets, or w-space, is to be in a fleet or with a few close buddies. With this in mind, here some guidelines for who we'll like to see in those fleets:
1) Being able to work in a team.
2) Have an interest in PVP.
3) Being able to get along with folks.
4) Are willing to take advice on fitting, skills, and tactics.
4) Have at least least 2m skillpoints.
Another thing: Alts are only accepted under specific circumstances.
