Stimulus, founding (and really the only one still around from those days) corp in Rote Kapelle is now recruiting. The rumors of our demise have been slightly exaggerated.
We are rebuilding, but we are in space killing ****, and as one of our CEOs once said:"...we are simply here to make your ship (for all values of 'you') explode."
Regarding all of you RP folks, yea we used to be RP. We don't really anymore, but if you've gotten to the point in your gameplay like I did that the pvp is more fun then the stories that don't actually affect the world, well we can be a good fit. We still have an RP basis, we don't mock rpers without mocking ourselves.
We currently don't have a lot of weekend activity, because we are all old farts who have real life activities(and a few who just use it as an excuse to go drinking) and so majority of our activity is currently monday through thursday nights, American evenings. The more people we get in corp however, the more spontaneous pew pew happens, and then you'll see our weekends explode just like they used to.
What we offer:
A lot of knowledge, we have a lot of experienced bitter vets who know how to play the game well if they'd ever login more often.
Alliance Tournament - We aren't one of the top dogs, but we are a solid middle tier team, which have caused a few upsets in our time, and we are looking to improve. If you want to fly in the Tournament, we'll be happy to help you
If you are a newbie, or relatively slow we'll throw ships at you to fly until you stop losing them
Some of the best morale boosting images to be shared and seen in fleet activities
What we expect:
Willingness to adapt and learn, whether you are new player, a 150mil sp character, a spai who is going to get us all herp derped into a PL/goon/russian blob fest or somewhere in between
Self Sufficiency, if you're a newb we'll help you out throw you some cash, ships etc, but we don't have a standard SRP and that is unlikely to change any time soon. On that note, if you lose a bling ship doing pve ****, we will troll you relentlessly
Thick skin - We are a close knit bunch, partly so due to our tendency to relentlessly mock and troll each other. We've toned down somewhat from our golden days because the worst have left us, but if you can't stand a few good natured insults and a few HTFU, don't bother.
Voice coms. We use ts3, don't have it, don't bother
Slack channel - we use it to ping for fleet, get on it
We'd bother with API checks and ****, but honestly we don't care if you're a spai if your in space and generating content with us.
