Hmmm. Sniperthrons might actually do reasonable damage now... and ohgods.. the Rokh!!!
I might have to cross-train Rok into Caldari ships and shields... ARGH

Large rails got buffed earlier, med rails got a small adjustment as well but that patch mde only small and Large actually kick ass. I think it was with Retribution, might be wrong tho.

Megathrons and Rokhs don't use medium railguns, which is what this change it about.
Is it known for certain that only mediums are being adjusted?  I've got the skills for T2 medium hybrids but have almost never used them, let alone larges, so I don't even know if they need 'fixing'... but yeah, so, do they?

I'll likely fit one and use it one day despite medium pulse with scorch being lolOP for it's purpose, ONLY for the 4x 5 laser beam spam :D
