As the main organizer of the RP arc I did not contact any individuals to create this character. For all foreseeable reasons, this is an independent acting of their own will.

However, if they play ball correctly and obey the rules of the road, I am interested to see how they run with this opportunity. This was anticipated to happen to some extent, as the name was not being name camped for different reasons, so the opening messages had clauses for it. The DNA Morwen mentioned is a very good one.

If the person is trying to derail the plotline for the public or otherwise maliciously damage it, I am reasonably certain of being able to clean it up and keep everything healthy. I won't be kicking them out of involvement just yet, since I have no idea what their intention is, so they can participate if they are sporting about it.

 however, taking over someone else's NPC - godmoding them, really - is an incredibly dick move. Doing shit like that without prior consent is unequivocably Doing It Wrong™, and whoever's doing it is probably not going to like the results when they get found out.

Given the size of our community it's only a matter of time anyway.

I did this once, and yes, it was a dick move. It was, however, a deliberate dick move that successfully trolled the piss out of a goon. I was not proud, but many lols were had.

most of the time things were easily dealt with, bringing people who were interested into the group or asking them to hold off for a while (during the crimson path war)

but then.... well... arcane primus.

sometimes people can be irritating simply because they think damaging your RP or plotline is a good way to make a name for their character.

as always, i would suggest caution.
