Oh man, I totally agree. Amarr troops should have short little prayers they utter in combat. A sniper setting up could whisper "guide my bullet, oh Lord" or something. A soldier reloading a weapon, one bullet at a time, while reciting a prayer = badass.

You might recall the sniper scene from 'saving private ryan' where the religiously-minded sniper is capping people all over the place with one-shot kills, reloading and reciting scripture the entire time. It was quite badass.

Yep, that's what I was thinking. Hell, hearing the soldier pray for the souls he's sending to heaven would be great.

Incidently, this is one thing I think DUST will do very very well for EVE.  It will give players a literal "grounds-eye-view" of the various faction's culture and details that you really dont get from space and spinning ships in a station. 

Little details like a muttered "Warrior's Prayer" or something would be awesome.   Shit I would make an Amarrian DUSTer just for that.

I can see there being a lot of problems with owning up to the Amarr's religious angle, but given that there is 4 factions to choose from I hope CCP does it anyway.

I can guarantee there won't be any mention of slavery or playing as a "pro-slavery" faction for a major video game release.
