I'm sure you still can. Odds are there is a group (at least for Parkour) around your area, it's rare for one not to be, unless it's very rural.

Not rural by American standards, but most definitely not urban, and utterly lacking in good areas to practice (especially now that the local park has banned people older than 10 from climbing on the swing-sets and stuff).
