Sadly, it'll be a while before I can start buying plane tickets to Iceland.

P.S. just how much does a Fanfest trip cost? (transportation+accommodations+admission)

That depends on where you are flying from mostly. Last year (flying from the East Coast US) it cost somewhere around ~$1500 total including everything. Flights were ~$800 including connecting flights.

Most likely going at this point. In the process of figuring out if I can run some seminars (Parkour, etc.) in or around the Fanfest dates. Mostly will depend on total interest, though I have some already from alliance mates.

Anyone know if they're doing the "PLEXes-for-fanfest" thing again this year? After the massive inflation of the PLEX market earlier this year, I'm betting they don't want to risk pushing it even further up just as it begins falling...

You can use PLEX, 6 of them ($100 equivalent) to be precise.

That's what I was thinking of. Wonder if the market will spike again, or if the massive reserves people have been hoarding will carry the supply through it.
