My very best, and genuine wishes of luck with this. I've had a near identical idea for the Fed. in my head and detailed in doc's for the last two years, but so far my lack of online time/active interest has kept it an idea that has not fruited yet.

If you get this to work and I get the time/intiative to do what I'd want, you might have willing enemies to engage over ideological/national/faith reasons, and that would be good, I imagine.
