Physical description:
His body and limbs appear thin and sickly, despite a love for good food. He has foul, tar-stained dentition, cold hands and generally unpleasant breath.
Along the left side of his face is an old, faded tribal tattoo, the remnant of a crude and hasty effort to remove a once radiant mark of his origins.
His clothing is usually unassuming, occasionally consists of the dated grey uniform of Delictum 23216. It is not uncommon for it to bear stains and detritus from recent meals. His datapad is omnipresent, lying loyally at his hip ready to scan through his various investments with his spidery fingers.
