Heh, yeah, I remember this change a while back, though didn't bring it up. Always thought it was a bit funny, the Caldari logo...

Is the caldari state logo trademarked though, or just the Eve/Dust/WOD/CCP logos?

I think the point is that it would be possibly covered by trademark law rather than copyright.
