The Operation Inertia is an RP corporation focused on the development of its members with zero demand for complacency or specific activity. Members are accepted as both in a transitional state between corporations and welcome to remain as long as comfortable. OI has no vital requirement for members but is certainly not imposing any limits. Alts are more than welcome and people who do not really "play" so much as just converse and RP are absolutely free to join.
The core value of OI is the freedom of will and amnesty for victims of organizations who seek to police the thoughts of people. Members are not required to act in defense of freedom of though but should maintain the capacity for free will themselves.
Taxation is currently and always will be 0%. Due to this, members in need of corporate hangers will need to cover expenses or convince a director or CEO its necessity. There will be no dues and limited financial support will be offered as available by willing donors. All members will be given junior accountant status and security officer roles to promote transparency of management.
Operation Inertia is a secularist organization; members will not be required to hold any belief but will also be expected to remain respectful of other organized beliefs so long as those beliefs do not risk the safety o members. Prosyletization is forbidden between members and any attempt to prosyletize on behalf of the corporation will be met with swift expulsion.
Rational minds are hard to find and Operation Inertia hopes to gain a monopoly on this vital resource.
