Yaaaaas. I always thought how neat it was that you and I just randomly selected the Abagawa system to be the birthplace of our main characters. Fate works in strange ways.

I've always wondered what made you choose Abagawa? For me, back when I was a newbro, I ran missions here with older players to get a better foothold on the game. I grew attached to the area, due to it's ideal location (quiet, not far from Jita). I liked that there was only one terrestrial world in the system, too. Plus, I was (and still am) very fond of Hyasyoda and the CPF. So Abagawa was a perfect fit for me!

For me, Abagawa was part of the Suuvee sphere without being Achurland. I didn't want to have Pieter's backstory defined by the struggle for Achurian self-hood and being Suuvee but from a different system allowed me to do have that one step of removal that let him shrug and point out that he guarded a bulkhead a system or so over from Sasio so what did he know, anyway?
