Biography: >Raoul Delorme was born 25th March (insert YC date) to unknown parents. Raoul was brought up by a Caldari woman named (insert name) who was was the captain of a Scorpion class battleship called the Constitution and served with the Caldari Navy for nearly 10 years. Like all Caldari citizens, he was bound to one of the mega corporations which for him was Ishukone. Under his adoptive mothers care and the best childcare she could afford. During his childhood he showed extreme anger and would often pick fights with his school mates, at one point breaking the arm of a classmate who disagreed about the history of Caldari.
By the time Raoul reached his teen, he wasn't the same person everyone saw him as a child, his skin had turned pale, was very shy and often said nothing unless he felt extremely necessary to his well being or to his future. Raoul was fascinated with the ships of the State, particularly the Raven class battleship that was often seen patrolling the borders of the State. Raoul viewed that he was destined to a great Caldari admiral like his adoptive mother, but knew there was something that prevented it.
After finishing formal education Caldari children are sent on a mandatory 3 years service in the Navy, after request from his mother Raoul served on the Constitution. 2 years into the mandatory service, the Consituion was attacked by a group of Gurista pirates led by the famous Jirai "Fatal" Laitenan. The Gurista attacks were unexpected, hard and with the Constitution only having an escort of three cruisers, it was a bloodbath. The Constitution was in 50% armor before the Gurista opened comms. They wanted the ship and every ammo, weapon and cargo they had. Raouls mother declined and ordered everyone to abandon ship. Everyone except herself, once she knew everyone, including Raoul was safely away she intiated the Constition self destruct, which took all of the Guristas except for Fatal with her.
Twelve years after that day, Raoul was 31 and was the captain of the Havana, a Rokh class attack battlecruiser. It was no Raven, but he felt at home. During the times he spent in the Navy he destroyed many Gurista outposts, protected many settlements and killed many smugglers. Alas Raoul did not feel happy, he still hadn't killed Fatal and it was gnawing at him. During off time on Caldari Prime he would often result the drinking and picking fights in bars and clubs. Something he did not do since he was a child. After a while the Caldari Navy saw him a danger to himself and any who served him and was fired.
Retiring at 36 felt wrong, he still had that itch and that gnawing to kill Fatal, but with no ship, no money and just a photo of his mother. There was nothing he could do, but become a merc. He originally joined up with ORE protecting shipments and some of the mining outposts. Until a shipment he was escorting was attacked by the slaves of Sansha Nation. The Nation didn't want dead bodies, they wanted people alive so they could grow the Nation even larger and Raoul was one of the first to get kidnapped and disappeared.
It was only till (insert YC date) that Raoul appeared again, but this he was different, he was 21 and was commonly known under the alias "Aztec" no one knows how he became younger and how he survived the Nations kidnapping. Raoul had one other difference, he was a Capsuleer an immortal, he wasn't trained by any of the Empires school, even though his "official" certificate says he was trained by the Federal Navy. Another difference was the fact he had an unknown implant in his head and was often seen talking to himself.
After coming back, the Caldari Navy saw something different, there was no residue of alchohol in his bloodstream and even though they were worried, they welcomed him back into Navy. He would then serve the Navy for another 6 years before leaving on his own accord to join a capsuleer corporation called Marche au Supplice, a covert and intel gathering corporation led by a man called Raven Berlioz.
After a while though he left and started a organastion called the Delorme Syndicate, which was a group dedicated to studying the unknowns of New Eden, it was similar to Sisters of EVE and sometimes their paths crossed and they often worked together. Raoul studied many things as the months went by. The Sleepers, Tak Mahl and the Yan Jing to name a few. Suddenly something happened. A new threat emerged known as the Drifters, while originally non-hostile unless provoked, they made many raids into the Amarr system and Raoul viewed this as a matter of urgency.
Raoul decided the only way to get to the bottom of this was to rejoin Supplice and so he did, even though Raven was often busy out in 0.0, Raoul stayed in High Sec and together they kept eyes on everything, watching and waiting to see what they would do next. But this was long and sometimes hard, so Raoul decided to help the Caldari Navy not by rejoining but by running mission given by agents, this not only gave him a stable income, but gave him contacts which he would rely on the future.
