I read somewhere that some of the World News articles are not under World News, but in another, more general category, like News from Eve, or something.

Old ingame news are all mixed together, yes. The important bits are apparently classified separately, but the most are mixed with the "OOC" news.

If someone wants to take a shot at a 'Provist' thread, I'd link it up. Though at least at this point they aren't a very effective faction anymore. The ones listed there shouldn't be considered all that there can be. Just some examples of things people could create threads for.
