We are the Ghost Syndicate. We are the only active Angel Cartel-affiliated alliance in the game currently and would like to open our doors to Cartel loyalists everywhere.

There was still the whole 'I'm going to run Stillwater into the ground' thing which came up more than a few times. I'd say that implied some kind of campaign in planning.

Milo, I like you. We're friends.

But are you a RESPR diplo? No. Are you an EJECT diplo? No. Are you a WHIST diplo? No. Are you a -RIA- diplo? No. Then you don't know.

Temper tantrums were not thrown. The first time, I reacted in a way that I felt my character would react in that situation.

I did, however, approach Stillwater again, once the alliance was created and offered membership. On two different occasions, I have extended the olive branch their way, not the other way around.

Both times, I was rejected. The fact of the matter is, there is a rift in the Angel community that goes well beyond me that people aren't willing to let go of. I even offered to get everyone on TS and serve as a moderator while both sides talk and sort shit out. I may act like a dick sometimes, but when I say that my goal is to reunite the Angel community, I'm serious about it.

You're neglecting the fact that these comments were made in an OOC environment. Similar offensive and/or dismissive comments were made in various other channels as well.

Then perhaps you should've taken the hint the first time.

It might've been more prudent to check first and not open up old cans of worms. Subtlety is something you need to work on.
