When I started playing EVE I really didn't think I would like it. Other games I've tried have never lasted more than a month. As such, I didn't really pay much attention when I created Malachite Ormand, although I did have a vague idea about what I wanted. I also didn't pay any attention to the game's backstory.
I've now been playing for just over two months, have found a home with the Signal Cartel and I have started a blog to document my adventures in New Eden. The blog has had a rough start as I realized I really didn't have any type of focus. I've decided to write the blog mostly in first person. I also want to play the game from more of a role player standpoint. As a result, I need to come up with a better backstory for myself. This is where I hope the people here can help.
