The event will probably get delayed to July at least, or even August. I only have 2 interested players for now, and that is OOCly until they probably find their project ideas...

So I think that people also need time to find interesting ideas, like for SeyCon.

Here comes a framework to give out basic ideas, although you are encouraged to find more exotic or innovative stuff if you want to!

[Culture/Race] Examples include Khanid, Jin-Mei, Sebiestor, etc.

-Expo Categories
* Art (dance/fashion/paintings/music/bands/performers)
* Traditions (foods/tales/lore)
* Architecture (new and old)
* Research (culture/race specific, be it social or science, as long as it's tied to culture... this is not a science fair)
* Modern Culture (popular culture/trends)
* Craftwork (traditionnal for example)

Also, even with a few people that told me that they were interested to present something, I have for now only one that is committed ICly and planned... Could you do the same at some point so that we can organize ? It doesn't need to be complete or even started yet...

But since it's in the end of June, better to start planning!

Postponed to September... I can not do otherwise since some participants are unavailable in summer and CVA is doing their ceremony at the exact same date. I don't want both events to divide the attendance...

The event should happen the 19th and 20th of September. The main presentations and their schedule has yet to be determined due to the lack of exhibitors officially signed up for now... But it will still happen in the evenings of the 19th and 20th probably, around 19:00 to 22:00.

Lyn actually (without you knowing about it) discouraged Ché from bringing his expo idea to the fair.
