That the Intaki Liberation Front's "rampant griffin" corp logo was adopted after the pro-Federation corp The Durandal Organization created a logo using motifs similar to the ILF's original logo?

Hey guys, long time, no see.

I'm back in EVE again and I was curious how the roleplay community was doing. I've been wanting to get back into it but it feels like things have slowed down a lot compared to the old days of roleplay-corp warfare. I'm worried I might have to bite the bullet and join a normie corporation out in 0.0 if RP is dead.

Do any of the big names still play?

Further, for those of you who were Khanid loyalists, any of you great people still around?

First off, welcome back!

Depends on how long you've been gone and who the 'big names' for you were. There is certainly considerably less pure-roleplay warfare; the reasoning for this is deeply varied but can (in my opinion) mostly be traced back to FW absorbing the major RP conflicts into a game mechanic subsequently followed by a huge drought in lore and world news.

Khanid loyalists... I can think of two active at the moment (Morwen Lagann and Indira Harashani); the others have turned straight-up pirate or quit. There are no Khanid corps at the moment, unfortunately.

I like the implications of Gallentians being punched in the face by walking up to a Minmatar as they so freely use another person's culture as a fad.

Calling me a loyalist is a bit of a stretch but I'll consider it a compliment. :P

There's a few more I think but I don't know if any are active on these forums or in the more public channels ingame.

Morwen's Law:
1) The number of capsuleer women who are bisexual is greater than the number who are lesbian.
2) Most of the former group appear lesbian due to a lack of suitable male partners to go around.
3) The lack of suitable male partners can be summed up in most cases thusly: interested, worth the air they breathe, available; pick two.

Azador Kavian....that's a name I've not heard in a long time..... :)

WB, good hunting.

Are you caught-up lore wise with Khanid II and Empire/Jamyl stuff?

Sinjin Mokk resubbed recently, I'd look him up to start. Good guy.

Never go full angel. ;)

He has gone Angel but he seems to be professing some form of loyalist sentiment too.

Sinjin is...complicated.

I think we're all waiting for the other shoe to drop concerning the Drifters. I looks like we're all in for a big sake up.

Welcome back!! We need more Khanid RP!

I dunno if I'm a "big name"...I tend to think I'm not. But I'm still around. And most people know who I am.

I'm the person whining about TonyG and CCP bias, still.  :P

Anyway, unfortunately, Khanid RP mostly disappeared when Silas went BR. So, you know, it's a wide open spot!  :D

Are you asking for Khanid loyalists as in "Khanid Kingdom loyalists", or for true Khanids (the bloodline) ? Because depending on the answers that's totally different.

Since Silas turned blooder and KPV collapsed, I haven't seen many Khanid Kingdom loyalist corps or alliances yes. I don't know either a lot of Khanid Kingdom supporters, be them Khanid by blood, or not (True Amarr, Ni-Kunni, etc).

However, there are many Khanid loyalists, as in loyalists of the bloodline. Most are Amarrians though, not Kingdom loyalists.

Silas, you went blood raider?! Why?
This hurts almost as much as when Leon 026 and half of ITEMP joined Blood Inquisition when we lost the war.

Real shame that RP isn't doing so well. I'll probably do some 0.0 action for a while until things pick up, perhaps.

The main issue for some of us is that there is a huge confusion for most players between the Khanid Kingdom (ruled by an amarrian guy, at the head of an amarrian House that just happened to fall in love with their little khanids when they reclaimed Athra), which is probably populated mostly by Amarrians and Khanids, and the actual Khanid bloodline, which can be found in the Kingdom as well as in the Empire, and can in both case share very different loyalties or beliefs.

The recent homogenization of the Kingdom (they've sorta rejoined the Empire for all intents and purposes, but also totally haven't) is also a pain in the ass for anyone trying to do things properly.
