Anyway, it seems a bit odd they are recognizing only 1 pilot of each faction as the 'winner' when going solo against sleepers meant certain death, or so I thought.  Am i off on my recollection of the difficulty of sleeper encounters?

They are already going for insane prices now. Libraries were about 500k each prior to the dev blog, now are around 3m+.

It's actually dropped today once the new World News hit and people started dumping more onto the market - they started the day at 4m. I'm hoping they will hit 5m once people buy enough later in the week. I could make quite a bit (for me, anyways) if I can sell at 5.

Greetings all,

I do not know if this project is still active, I've heard that it is not, but I see no harm in making this suggestion.

The four empries have all separately declared that they are seeking donations of materials in order to analyze recent sleeper behavior. Though the competition will no doubt be fierce, I am curious to know what interest there is among us in opening a fifth option.

I will be blunt: I do not trust the agendas of the four empires. Their legacy has brought nothing but constant warfare, and no doubt this will be more of the same. I propose that we swiftly assemble our own initiative and re-establish our legitimacy as the preeminent, independent pure research arm in the universe. Perhaps if we can outstrip each of the other empires we can find our way to the answers each of them so badly craves.

I have access to fair numbers of the items being sought, myself. Surely others on this list do as well.

If Arek'jaalan means anything anymore, then let us have this discussion.
